The Society is delighted to invite both members and non-members to join us for the launch and private viewing of our new exhibition commemorating the 100th anniversary of the 1924 British Mount Everest expedition. The event will also see the Society launch its newest book Everest 24. Both the exhibition and book contain images rarely seen from the early expeditions.

Drinks and canapes will be served from 6.30pm. There will be an expert introductory talk and guests will be able to enjoy the exhibition along with a wide array of artefacts and contemporary material from the 1924 expedition both in the exhibition and on special display in the Reading Room for this event only.  This event is made possible by the generous support of our Corporate Member, Riverstone.
