Land Rovers have been the Society’s chosen field vehicles for over 30 years.
Land Rover’s world-renowned reputation as manufacturers of permanent four wheel drive vehicles makes them an ideal choice for use by scientific and adventurous expeditions.
Working in remote and challenging environments together
Land Rovers have supported projects in Kenya, Oman, Brunei, Nepal, Tanzania, Jordan and more recently in the Western Indian Ocean.
In 1990 Land Rover became a Corporate Benefactor of the Society becoming closely associated with our field programmes. Together we share an interest in enabling safe fieldwork in remote and challenging environments around the world to support both development and conservation issues.
