The Annual International Conference 2012 programme will be announced in early 2012, once the Call for Sessions has closed.

The conference organisers will be timetabling the conference from late January to March 2012.  Please send requests for scheduling in your session proposal forms. 

The Provisional Programme is expected to be announced in April 2012, at which time session organisers and presenters are invited to make final corrections to session and paper titles and abstracts, and make final scheduling requests.  Refer to the conference timeline for more information.

Until the programme is announced, session organisers and prospective presenters may find the information below useful.  Please also refer to the guidelines for participation, which provide more information about session scheduling.

Conference start/end times

The Annual International Conference 2012 will start at 9am on Tuesday 3 July 2012. 

A postgraduate skills and networking symposium is expected to be offered on the afternoon of Monday 2 July 2012.

An opening event and drinks reception will be held on the evening of Monday 2 July 2012 at the University of Edinburgh.

Sessions and papers may be scheduled in any of the timeslots between 9am on Tuesday 3 July 2012 and 7pm on Thursday 5 July 2012.

Session times have been updated for 2012.  Please note that there is no longer a dedicated 'plenary' or lunchtime timeslot.

Session three	1.10pm to 2.50pm
Session four	3.20pm to 5pm
