The focus group identified networks and links - amongst teachers, and between schools, higher education, the wider community and business – as an important way to develop the subject in schools.
The group highlighted the importance of increasing the links between universities and schools, particularly the transfer of more contemporary geographical research ideas and methods flowing into our schools.
