Summary tables of the examination results in both GCSE and A level in England, Wales and Northern Ireland since 1988 are available as PDF files, along with tables for Advanced Supplementary examinations from 2001.

The tables show total candidate numbers for all subjects, percentage change from the previous year, percentage of the total candidature and the ranking of the subjects.

An overall analysis of examination results is available from 2000.

We have embarked on an award scheme which promotes the interest and enjoyment of geography by recognising and rewarding high achievers in A level and GCSE examinations. The names of these students can be downloaded from the links on the right.
