The following documents must be submitted to make a complete application for Chartered Geographer status:

• Application form (MSWORD)
• Checklist (MSWORD)
• Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Continuing professional development record 
• Professional self-evaluation (maximum 1,000 words) justifying why you should be awarded CGeog status
• Two geographical references to be sent in advance using this reference form (MSWORD)

Applications can be submitted at any time and should be sent by email.  

The cost is £50 to apply for Chartered Geographer status, plus the fee to join the Society as a Fellow if you are not already one (you must apply at the same time if you are not a Fellow, using the application form (MSWORD)).
