Profiles

There are currently over 250 Chartered Geographers, ranging from academics, teachers, GI Scientists, conservationists, planners, surveyors, environmental and economic consultants, civil servants, military personnel and others. 13% of CGeogs are from outside the UK.

The following post nominals have also been approved for usage recognising some of the different sub disciplines within geography:

button CGeog (Geomorph)
button CGeog (GIS)
button CGeog (Teacher)

The application process for all CGeog post-nominals is exactly the same but you must state from the outset which post-nominal you would like, as you will be assessed accordingly and it can not be changed after Council approval.

Please see the CGeog Circulars for the market breakdown of Chartered Geographers each quarter.

Biographies of all Chartered Geographers are listed in alphabetical order on the right.
