Educational Visits Coordinators are responsible for ensuring Independent and Foundation schools fulfil Health and Safety obligations for off-site visits. Our regular courses are designed to support EVCs in their roles by covering the legal and practical procedures required of their position.

The course is aimed towards newly appointed EVCs and will cover:
- Roles and responsibilities
- Risk assessment and risk management
- Competence
- Supervision
- What the EVC needs to know
- What the EVC needs to do

Educational Visits Coordinator (EVC) Update

Safety management practices and procedures evolve over time. This course gives training EVCs at all schools the opportunity to look into current material in more depth, sharing good practice in the company of other EVCs.

Educational Visits: Policy Review Workshop
The recent introduction of natiional guidance for off-site visits provides and excellent opportunity to update current school policies. This interactive course is an opportunity to review policies and discuss changes and concerns with other Independent School EVCs.
