The RGS-IBG Book Series is unlike almost any other in geography.

Launched in 2000, the emphasis of the Series is on publishing authored monographs and promoting new research.

To date, 22 books have been published, with a further 3 set to be published early in 2009, and more due in 2010 and 2011.

The editors are committed to publishing the best international academic scholarship from geography and cognate disciplines.
