Postgraduate Forum

The RGS-IBG Postgraduate Forum fosters communications among postgrads, provides information about events, activities and funding, and offers support and opportunities for postgraduates to further develop their professional skills and credentials.

The aims of the Postgraduate Forum (PGF) are to:

• Represent postgraduates in Council and other relevant Committees of the RGS-IBG
• Roster communications, both formal and informal, among postgraduates
• Disseminate information, about RGS-IBG events, learned activities, funding, and other information that may be relevant to postgraduates
• Offer support and opportunities for postgraduates to develop professional skills and credentials
• Hold an annual mid-year conference for postgraduates, and run postgraduate sessions at the RGS-IBG annual conference
