Rooms at the Society can host meetings for as few as 16 and conferences with as many as 400 delegates.

There are four smaller rooms which can hold up to 20 board room style.

The Council and Lowther rooms are traditional and atmospheric, with backdrops of historic paintings and globes or Victorian bookcases.

Workshops and away days fit comfortably into the self-contained and modern Sunley and Drayson rooms.

Meetings for between 25 and 80 take place in the Education Centre, with refreshments being served in the Hall

The Ondaatje Theatre is flexibly designed so that it can hold conferences of as few as 120 and as many as 400 delegates.
