Each room will be equipped with the following items, as standard:

  Data projector
  Laptop with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel & internet facilities

In addition the following items are available upon request:

  DVD / Video player
  CD / cassette / mini-disc player
  flipchart
  OHP
  slide projector

If you are a Mac user please convert your data before arrival.

If you need particular AV equipment please ensure that the RGS-IBG receives full details well in advance of the conference, via abstract submission form or session proforma.

We recommend that you bring 2 versions of any presentation with you. Laptops can be connected to data projectors. Allow 15 minutes for set up before the start of your presentation.

Material can be loaded onto laptops from USB / Memory sticks and CDs.
Wi-Fi will be available throughout the conference.
