Registration to attend

  Tea, coffee, a light breakfast and lunch are included in the delegate fee.  To attend the buffet dinner reception on Thursday 28 August, please select this when you register(£15 per head).

  New for 2008: All those listed as participants (presenters, discussants, chairs, etc.) must be registered by the reduced rate registration deadline.

  If you are attending and not presenting, you can register up to the day of the conference.
