Exhibitors are invited to join delegates at the Annual International Conference at the University of Edinburgh, from 3 July 2012 to 5 July 2012.

The exhibitor packages listed in the booking form (MSWORD) include staff attendance and exhibitor space.

• Exhibition space - Exhibitors and publishers will be located in Appleton Tower at the University of Edinburgh, very close to the delegate registration desk and catering
   
• Advertising in the programme book - Exhibitors are invited to supply A5 black and white advertisements for the programme books, which go to all conference delegates.  The deadline for booking and supplying advertisements is Friday 27 April 2012  
   
• Delegate pack inserts - There will be no delegate packs offered at AC2012.  However, exhibitors and publishers are strongly encouraged to book advertising space in the programme book, and non-attending exhibitors may choose to send a package of flyers to be made available to delegates on a shared (unmanned) table in the main exhibition hall
   
• Receptions and sponsored lectures - Publishers or other groups wishing to hold a reception or other special event during conference should contact: AC2012@rgs.org for more information
