Conference timetable
The AC2012 conference programme (PDF) is now available to view.
- The conference programme is final and sessions have been carefully timetabled with the assistance of the Research Groups to minimise conflicts
- Some session content may change (for example, if papers are withdrawn or substituted); however, we do not anticipate any changes to the advertised schedule
- Room allocations will be included by late-May 2012
- Any final corrections to session and paper titles and abstracts should be emailed for inclusion in the programme addendum to AC2012@rgs.org

Conference start/end times
- The Postgraduate Forum Annual Training Symposium (PGF-ACTS) will take place on the afternoon of Monday 2 July 2012. Places are limited and should be booked in advance
- Various Research Group activities will be taking place around the conference dates
- An opening event and drinks reception will be held on the evening of Monday 2 July 2012 at the University of Edinburgh
- The Annual International Conference 2012 will start at 9am on Tuesday 3 July 2012 and will end at 7pm on Thursday 5 July 2012.
Sessions and papers may be scheduled in any of the timeslots between these times
- A closing drinks reception will be held on the evening of Thursday 5 July 2012
