Creche

The conference organisers are pleased to offer registered conference delegates a crèche service for children of all ages. The crèche is free to registered delegates who have pre-booked their child/ren to attend.

The crèche will be supplied by a Care Inspectorate-regulated provider, and managed and staffed by an experienced mobile crèche and event child care company, whose staff are all first aid-trained, reference-checked, and CRB-checked.

The crèche usually operates from 8.30am until 7.00pm daily, allowing delegates to attend sessions with time for drop-off and pick-up at the start and end of each day. The crèche is usually located at Imperial College London, close to the conference session rooms.

Bookings for the crèche must be made in advance. Register your interest by emailing the conference organisers.
