All conference delegates who need a visa to enter the United Kingdom are advised to arrange this as soon as possible.
Visa support letters may only be requested from RGS-IBG once a delegate has had a submission accepted for the conference programme, paid the registration fee in full, and provided full contact details from a recognised institution.
To request an invitation letter for visa applications, please send an email to email@example.com and include the following information:
Your university/place of work's name and address, to which the letter will be sent (the letter cannot be processed without this information):
The dates you intend to be in the UK (arrival date and departure date):
Any additional information you would like included in the letter:
The invitation letter from the conference organisers is not an official invitation to enter the UK.
Delegates are expected to organise and pay for all their expenses.
