Royal Geographical Society (with IBG): the heart of geography

   Hidden Histories of Exploration Logo

A major new exhibition at the RGS-IBG which offers a fresh perspective on the Society's Collections, highlighting the role of local inhabitants and intermediaries in the history of exploration.

The Hidden Histories of Exploration project has been undertaken by Felix Driver and Lowri Jones of Royal Holloway, University of London, in collaboration with the RGS-IBG, and is funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council.
