Free Schools Workshops
Creative workshops for Key Stage 2 and 3 pupils will accompany each of the Crossing Continents exhibitions. For current events and details of the booking process please visit the Pupil Workshops page.
- Punjab Exhibition: Workshops are taking place in November and early December 2008.
- Chinese Exhibition: Workshops took place in June/July 2008
- African Exhibition: Workshops took place in October 2007 and January 2008.
- Muslim Exhibition: Workshops took place in February 2007.
Free Online Resources for Key Stage 2/3 practitioners
Educational resources have been developed to accompany each of the above exhibitions and relate to the geography, history and citizenship curricula at Key Stages 2, 3 and 4:
- Muslim Exhibition: Online resources entitled 'Afghanistan: Moving Stories' are currently available.
- African Exhibition: Online resources exploring the stories of Africa's explorers and the geography of Eastern Africa are now online.
- Chinese Exhibition: Online resources entitled 'China - Snapshots in Time' are currently available.
- Punjab Exhibition: Online resources entitled 'India - Pictures of the past' have recently been launched and are available online.

How you can get involved
Hosting an exhibition
Museums, galleries, libraries, archives, heritage organisations and community venues are invited to participate by hosting the exhibitions which will tour nationally.
