Regional Events

The Society regional programme organises a large range of lectures, debates and field trips outside London, contributing to the Society’s important national role.

The Society has 8 regional branches in England and Wales, plus another new in 2010 in Northern Ireland, which are managed by groups of local volunteers. There is a branch in Hong Kong, and a new branch in Singapore is being developed by local Fellows.

Most events are open to both Society members and the general public.  Society members are invited to attend any UK event, you do not have to live locally to attend. See individual events for further details.

2010 marked the 20th anniversary of the Society's Regional Programme (PDF)
