Subject Knowledge Updates are a series of evening sessions focusing on different themes, covering the basic information for teaching topic sand providing up to date case study material and resources.

P16 National Conference – Beyond the textbook

A joint event with the Geographical Association

Target audience: Post-16 geography teachers

Overview: This course will update your subject knowledge on several topics common to all A Level specifications. Up-to-date information and case studies will be presented through three 90-minute workshops delivered by examiners, authors and experts in their field. The sessions will also provide materials for use in the classroom, and new ideas about how to approach teaching the topics.
