Michael Katakis; photographer, writer and author shares his stories of the many people and places he has encountered over the past thirty years, as he joins Society President Michael Palin.

Captain Scott’s doomed expedition to the South Pole is remembered in this anniversary year, as recorded by the expedition photographer Herbert Ponting.
