The Chartered Geographer Assessors Committee will normally comprise seven members reflecting the appropriate professional balance of the Chartered Geographer scheme.
Members of the Chartered Geographer Assessors Committee are to be Chartered Geographers who have significant experience as assessors
Members of the Chartered Geographer Assessors Committee may not be members of the Appeals Committee (the Appeals Committee is independently established by Council), although they may provide guidance to that committee.
Members of the Chartered Geographer Assessors Committee are normally to be appointed for three year terms, with the possibility of an extension for a further three years.
The Chair of the Chartered Geographer Assessors Committee shall serve on the Professional Advisory Group.
The Chartered Geographer Assessors Committee will meet at least once per year.
The Professional and Policy team is to provide the secretarial support to the Chartered Geographer Assessors Committee.
