We are seeking to appoint an experienced, thoughtful and dynamic geographer to build the Society’s work with professional geographers.
You will take a lead in raising the profile and demonstrating the impact of geographical research and professional practice and will plan and manage activities to foster knowledge exchange between practitioner, academic, business and policy communities, seeking to ensure that sound geographical knowledge and perspectives inform policy.
You will also sustain and expand contact networks with the professional and policy making community.
Closing date: 5.00pm on Monday 21 June.
Interviews will be held shortly thereafter.
This is a full time post subject to successful completion of a three month probationary period.
The salary range is £40,000 to £50,000 (FTE) per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
