This CPD day for primary teachers will be led by Dr Paula Owens. We will look at developing and teaching a worthwhile geography curriculum and building progression in geography. We will explore learning with and enjoying maps and atlases, and also focus on using images and storybooks. An additional session will be led on primary fieldwork, with some practical work outside.
This will be a full day workshop with a 45 minute lunch break. Full directions to the workshop room will be sent to registered delegates shortly before the event. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
