Emma Timmis is the first person to run across Africa from Henties Bay, Namibia to Pemba, Mozambique. Join us to hear of the physical challenges Emma overcame to achieve this, as well as of her other adventures, including holding a Guinness World Record for riding an elliptical bike across Australia, hiking the Australian Alpine Walking Track solo and unsupported, and cycling from England to the Dolomites, Italy.
You will receive joining instructions for this event at 10.00am the day after making your booking, or 30 minutes prior to the event if you book on the day.
