NET Tram Park and Ride - Clifton South, Nottingham NG11 8BF
Join the Midlands committee for a two mile walk around Nottingham. After travelling by the tram we alight at the Forest Tram Stop to start our walk. The route runs through the Forest Recreation Ground, site of the famous Goose Fair, continues past the Boer War Memorial then enters the Arboretum and through the General Cemetery. Then from Canning Circus on Derby Road we descend into the tunnel (one of the city’s hidden gems) then continue onto Peveril Drive to Castle Boulevard where we have views of Nottingham Castle then stop at the famous Trip to Jerusalem considered to be the oldest inn in England. After the walk there is an opportunity to visit the city centre.
Well behaved dogs are welcome to attend this walk and must be kept on a lead throughout. Please note that dogs are only permitted on board Nottingham Trams if carried in a suitable pet carrier or if they are a guide/assistance dog.

Tram tickets will need to be purchased on the day. Currently a day ticket is £4.70. Travel is free for holders of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire concessionary travel passes.
