Join the South West regional committee for their annual forum, lecture and dinner.
The lecture, The pre-history of Malta, will be given by Dr Peter Brinsden. Peter talks of his fascination of Malta's history where some artefacts are older than the Pyramids. Peter served at the Royal Naval Hospital twice in the 1970s, during these tours he developed a fascination with the very early history of Malta. It is said that there is more history on this island per square kilometre than there is anywhereon Earth! In his lecture he gives an account of the remarkable 5,000- 2,500 BC tombs, temples and artefacts of Malta.
