It is well known that geographers save the world, but what is it that geographers actually do? In this online event, students will hear from a range of geography professionals who are doing great work in their fields in areas such as town planning, GIS and the energy sector. Students will see how studying geography has given them useful skills to carry out their jobs and hear about the work and projects they do on a day-to-day basis. Most importantly, students will have the opportunity to ask questions and have these answered during the session. This is an online session for schools to sign up to and join during the school day.
