Include time that attendees can arrive if useful to include in print/online. Please use 12-hour clock and include am/pm (e.g. doors open at 8.30am).

Please list all the rates required for your event (including any required for back office bookings). E.g. £10, RGS-IBG members £8. Please also list anything else that the rate covers that you want on the website. E.g. Free lunch.

Would you like any attributes adding to your event? E.g. Confirmation email to be sent to delegate.
Please let us know if you would like the event published sooner than the Bulletin deadline. If not, leave as is.
