Al led his first expedition in 2022, a scientific mountaineering expedition to retrace a historical route, measure atmospheric microplastics on high-altitude glaciers and record the whole escapade through photography and art.
Amelia Hope-Hawkins
Amelia is a history undergraduate at Lincoln College, Oxford University, currently researching women in the French Resistance. She has spent the last two years in the Oxford UOTC.

Christian is a Master's of Engineering student at the University of Nottingham and alumnus of the East Midlands University Officer Training Corps (EMUOTC).

Emma Karslake is an adventurer, writer and cycle tour guide who has spent the past eight years exploring the world by bike.

Freshta was the Programme Manager for the first Afghan Women's Mountaineering Team, operating out of Kabul.
Garth Miller
Garth is a former British Army Gurkha officer. Garth's passion for climbing Himalayan giants has taken him on multiple 8000m peak expeditions, including a recent lightning ascent of Mount Everest.

Turn Wild’s founder Ian McClelland is a member of the British Association of Mountain Leaders.
Iona Pawson
Iona is an international mountain leader, mountaineering and rock climbing instructor and passionate adventurer.
Jim Derry
Jim runs the Equipment Stores at Plas Y Brenin, a National Outdoor Centre based in North Wales and is an avid climber, mountaineer and part-time paddler.
Kate Rawles
A former university lecture, Kate is a free-range activist/author/speaker, using the Adventure Plus concept to reach broad audiences.
Mark Gnadt
Mark has over 20 years' experience in strategic communications. He has helped community and advocacy groups, elected officials and scientific coalitions improve their communications to reach their goals. He is currently training to be an International Mountain Leader.
Meagan Neal
Meagan is the Executive Director of the Transcaucasian Trail Association, leading the development of the new Transcaucasian Trail (TCT) that winds through the stunning Caucasus Mountains of Armenia, Georgia, and Azerbaijan.
