Today is Earth Day, the annual international day to raise awareness and show support for environmental protection. This year the theme is Invest In Our Planet.
To mark Earth Day, we’re making our recent Monday night lecture by ocean advocate, Emily Penn, Navigating our way towards a plastic-free ocean, free to view for 72 hours until Monday 25 April.
Having spent a decade at sea, exploring plastic pollution from the tropics to the Arctic, in her talk Emily shares her adventures connecting her scientific insights from eXXpedition to upstream solutions on land.
