A series of animations produced by the Society were Highly Commended at the 2018 Scottish Association of Geography Teachers Annual Conference Publishers’ Awards.
The subject knowledge animations explore global challenges including internal migration, development challenges in Brazil and the Sustainable Development Goals, as well as providing locational knowledge for pupils studying Key Stage 3 geography.
Funded by the Global Learning Programme, and made by Hands Up, the animations were researched by Rinku Mintra and produced by Dr Laura Price. They are free to access on our website and also through our YouTube channel.
