Dr Joe Thorogood, lecturer at Coventry University, has marked hundreds of essays and noticed that students make common writing errors. He recognises them well: as a student, he made the same mistakes.
On his YouTube channel, he re-marks his old essays to give you the marker's perspective. He only focuses on writing style, not subject matter. This channel is for anyone who wants to improve their academic writing.
