Please submit your Rex Walford Award entry using the form below. After submission, you will be taken to a page with a link to upload your files.

Please do not start to complete this form until you are ready to create a unique submission code and submit your entry using the following file naming system. This is to ensure that all entries remain annonymous throughout the process and speed up the associated admin work.

Last three (3) characters of your school postcode - Submission day - Submission month - Teacher's initials

Your unique submission code will have to be entered in the submission form - without it, we will not be able to identify the winners after the selection process.

If you are submitting several files, please put them in one folder and convert it to a .zip file if possible.
