Brian Black was a Fellow of the Society for over 10 years. He was a renowned environmental journalist and award winning presenter for UTV.
He spent over 20 years presenting news and researching current affairs, having been described as 'one of the great environmental broadcasters'. He was an established camera operator and funded many far-flung natural history programmes, capturing valuable footage from across Northern Ireland and the Arctic.
