Smart Works helps to empower unemployed women with the clothes, coaching and confidence they need to succeed at their job interview and transform their lives.
They are a UK-wide charity offering free interview-appropriate clothing and interview preparation support who are unemployed or on a zero-hours contract, including transgender women, and non-binary people who feel their gender expression connects with the Smart Works service and wardrobe.
