You Be You is a social enterprise with a vision that no child leaves school believing that their gender, race or class limits their potential.
They work with schools, parents and teachers through their school programme and home activity kits, believing that every child should be empowered to have confidence in who they are, and to understand the world around them.
Primary School Programme
A community-wide programme which supports educators, parents and pupils. The primary school programme works across the school journey starting at early years and ending at university level. This has three core aspects:
- teacher training
- lessons and resources
- home activity kits
Youth Voice Programme
Working with secondary school students to flip the script on traditional diversity and inclusion training. Through a reverse consulting model, students co-design and deliver powerful workshops directly to businesses bringing fresh perspectives, lived experience, and bold ideas into corporate spaces. Young people become facilitators of change, helping companies understand what inclusion looks and feels like for the next generation.
