All tickets for our Monday night lectures are issued as e-tickets.
Your e-ticket will be emailed to you within 24 hours of making your booking. Please keep this email safe as you’ll need to present your e-ticket upon arrival.
If you think you won't be able to attend, just message us at events@rgs.org to free up a place for someone else.

How will I receive my e-tickets?
You will be sent a confirmation email with your e-tickets attached as a PDF within 24 hours of making your booking.
How do I use my e-tickets?
Open the PDF and show your e-tickets on your smartphone to a member of the front of house team upon arrival at the Society. Please ensure that the screen brightness is all the way up to help the scanners pick up the barcode. Please only print your e-ticket if you don't have a smartphone.
I haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?
Have you checked your junk mail folder? If you can confirm that we have the correct address for you, we will resend the email. You can contact us at events@rgs.org
I have lost the confirmation email with my e-tickets attached. What should I do?
Please contact our events team at events@rgs.org and they will resend it to you.
I can no longer attend. What should I do?
Please email events@rgs.org so that we can issue your tickets to another member. Please do not forward your tickets onto someone else.
Why isn’t my ticket scanning?
Very occasionally we experience technical difficulties with our scanners. Don’t worry – our front of house team will be happy to assist.
