This session, hosted by the RGS-IBG Climate Change Research Group, will provide early career researchers with advice on academic publishing strategies and paper development.
About the speakers
Dr Helena Hastie, Lecturer in Geography at the University of Exeter.
Dr Hastie conducts research on access to electricity and energy transitions in southern Africa, focusing in particular on renewable energy generation, the extension of the electricity grid to rural households, and the affordability of different energy options.
A specific area of interest is how development can be re-imagined to better represent the aspirations of those it seeks to help.
