Are you a GCSE or A Level geography teacher trying to deliver high quality physical fieldwork options?

During this 90-minute session, run in partnership with Field Studies Council, Jo Harris (Education Manger, FSC) will introduce various methods of data collection and techniques that can be used in your local area, as well as giving tips and tricks to help plan rivers and coastal fieldwork.

We will help you to build a toolkit and gain confidence in using methods to inspire and engage your students in physical geography.

Looking at both GCSE enquiry questions and how to get the best out of a local study, and a wider more skills-based approach at A Level, we will introduce new innovative ideas to build up skills and engagement.

Showcasing best practice and take away ideas to try, this session will help you to plan and deliver high quality physical geography fieldwork.
