The evening will include a welcome drink in the garden (weather permitting), buffet dinner (for those with tickets) followed by music and dancing in the historic Main Hall of the Society.

All over 18s welcome.

Timings

• Doors open 7.30pm
• 7.30pm–8.00pm: Welcome drink in the garden
• 8.15pm: buffet dinner (for those with tickets)
• 9.00pm–11.30pm: Music and dancing

Ticket prices

• Drinks only ticket: £60 for non-members, or £50 for members. This includes two complimentary drinks. This ticket does not include dinner. Please note that food will not be available to be purchased on the night.
• Dinner and drinks ticket: £100 for non-members, or £90 for members. This includes buffet dinner and three complimentary drinks.

Booking information

• Advance booking for this event is required. In order to book you will need an account on our website. If you already have an account you will be prompted to log in when you click 'book now'. Please create an account if you do not have one yet (you do not need to be a member of the Society to create an account).
• If booking a ticket that includes dinner, please advise us of any dietary requirements you have.
• Payment will be taken at the time of booking. Tickets are non-refundable.
• We do not issue tickets (electronic or physical) for this event. Instead your name will be on a list at the door.
