Veronica White is a final-year Human Geography PhD student at the University of Exeter. Her PhD fieldwork - the Farming Futures Cycle Tour - involved a 2,000-mile cycle ride across England to interview women in farming communities about their visions for the future of farming. Veronica’s fieldwork was driven by her personal commitment to sustainability and to including the voices of participants who have historically been overlooked in research.

Outside of academia, Veronica is a professional photographer and graphic designer who enjoys finding creative ways to communicate research outputs to academic and non-academic audiences. She is also a lover of outdoor adventures, including backpacking, cycling, and wild swimming. Since 2020, Veronica has shared the stories of her adventures on her blog, Coves to Cliffs.
