Biography

Andrew's work merges spatial analytics with project identification and delivery. His work focuses on Local Area Energy Plans (LAEPs), strategic heat network assessments, and renewable opportunity appraisal. He has an extensive knowledge of datasets and their applications, which he tailors to specific local contexts. Andrew has delivered projects for a variety of public, charity and private sector clients. The scale of projects ranging from projects covering large areas (decarbonisation pathways across 19 boroughs in London and the first national assessment of potential heat network in Scotland), to the very fine scale (building level renewable assessments and decarbonisation pathways for villages), through to policy (the creation of LHEES technical guidance documents and guides for the Heat Networks (Scotland) Act).
