Managing Director, Envisager, a consultancy advising governments, multilateral institutions, financiers and companies on water policy, regulatory, environmental and market drivers. Publications include ‘The Sound of Thirst: Why urban water for all is essential, achievable and affordable’ (2012), ‘Smart water technologies and techniques: Data capture and analysis for sustainable water management’ (John Wiley, 2018) and ‘Global Water Funding: Innovation and Efficiency as Enablers for Safe, Secure and Affordable Supplies’ (Palgrave Macmillan, 2020) along with a monthly column for Global Water Intelligence. He advises the Pictet Water Fund.
