Biography
David Potter works for the UK government delivering part of their aid budget commitment to climate mitigation abroad. He is Head of Private Climate Finance for the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, working with investors to encourage private sector funding into low carbon projects. He has previously worked in a range of climate-related roles in government, including for the Department for International Development in Ethiopia and Bangladesh. David holds an MSc in Environmental Management and a PhD in Geography.
