Dr Gandhi Subedi CGeog

Biography

Gandhi is currently employed as a Land Referencer at WSP in the UK where he involved in land acquisition process of a couple of mega infrastructural projects including HS2 (Phase 2A and 2B), Heathrow Expansion, Thames Tideway Tunnel and AQUIND Interconnector. He holds a PhD in Real Estate and Planning and MSc in Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation. His research is mainly focused on land administration, land tenure and land policy. Prior to coming to the UK, he served under the land ministry of Nepal for more than eight years. He also taught land management and Geographic Information System course in Nepal and the UK. He has presented his papers in various international conferences including The World Bank Conference on Land and Property and annual conferences of International Federation of Surveyors (FIG) and Asian Real Estate Society.
