Biography
Dr Helena Parsons is Technical Director and Service Lead for Hydromorphology within WSP. Helena heads up a growing team of technical specialists undertaking fluvial geomorphological assessments and BNG watercourse assessments for a wide range of clients and diversity of schemes. She has particularly focused upon developing quantitative analysis techniques for understanding potential impacts of proposed schemes upon fluvial geomorphological processes. Helena is also actively involved in external professional activities such as being a contributing author in the development and revision of CEN/BSI Standards for hydromorphology.
