Kelvin is a highly motivated Chartered Water and Environmental Manager and Discipline Lead for Stantec’s Rivers and Catchments team, with over 16 years’ experience within the consultancy industry. His core skills involve client care and management, technical management and the supervision and oversight of technical delivery within his team. Kelvin’s key experience is in the provision of flood risk, sustainable drainage, hydrological and water quantity and quality assessments, and river restoration and natural flood risk management. Kelvin is currently acting as technical lead for Stantec on projects in the following areas: improving the flood resilience of the UK water industry, Environmental Impact Assessments, Climate Change Adaptation Reporting, and river restoration schemes under the Water Industry National Environment Programme (WINEP).
