Biography
Natasha is Principal Fluvial Geomorphologist at JBA Consulting, an environmental, engineering and risk consultancy. Natasha followed her BSc (Hons) in Geography with a PhD in Fluvial Geomorphology, both from Loughborough University. She has 14 years of experience within environmental consultancy. Her specialist skills include river restoration optioneering and design, Water Framework Directive assessment and sediment management. She has been involved in a wide variety of river and catchment habitat restoration, creation and enhancement schemes, which have included elements of channel re-alignment, floodplain reconnection, de-culverting, weir removal and natural flood management. Natasha has worked across a range of fluvial environments across the United Kingdom
